2. Quotations & Estimates
All pricing, quotations and timelines shared via this website, WhatsApp, email or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to confirmation following a site visit, finalized design, and material selection. Final costing will be documented in a written quotation prior to commencement of work.
3. Project Scope & Custom Work
Each fabrication project is custom-built to the specifications agreed with the client. Any changes to design, material, dimensions or finish requested after design approval may affect cost and timeline, and will be communicated before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
- Projects are typically undertaken against an agreed advance payment, with the balance payable on milestones or completion as set out in the project quotation.
- Materials may be procured only after receipt of the agreed advance.
- Delivery and installation are scheduled upon confirmation of full or milestone payment, as applicable.
5. Timelines
Fabrication and installation timelines are communicated at the time of quotation and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, site readiness, and weather conditions for on-site installation.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
GKR Designs stands behind the structural integrity and workmanship of its fabrication. Specific warranty terms for materials, finishes and automation components (where applicable) will be detailed in the project agreement. Routine maintenance, such as periodic cleaning and finish upkeep, remains the responsibility of the client unless a maintenance plan has been separately agreed.

Content on this website, including text, images and project photography, is the property of GKR Designs or used under appropriate license, and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
